Always the same thought on the way down to the basement. Why do I always want to change everything, when I get time to think at all?
Bad habits, a growing rift and startlingly poor grasp of the guitar’s fretboard mixed with long blurry minutes of crafted melodies and serenity.
When the melodies became music and the notes became arrangements, I finally lost the context and gave up. Then rested in the understanding that everything is really just one song.

"There is a heaviness that sleep, good diet or exercise cannot preserve. It broods in every nook and cranny of the body and makes the eyes clear and the mind strong. Concrete carved by life. The volume remains but the density decreases. It goes so sleepily slowly but the eyelids close of a particular kind of fatigue."
